Mentoring
Meet Nayah
Nayah is leading the way at Nightjar Youth. She’s currently studying Black Studies at university in Birmingham, but her journey started right here in Hampshire. At college, she became president of her African Caribbean Society, so she knows what it means to lead, represent others, and keep things running — and how hard it can sometimes be.
That’s why she’s here to help. Nayah brings her lived experience, fresh ideas, and a passion for supporting young people to lead. Whether you’re stepping into ACS leadership for the first time or looking to grow your society, she can mentor you, share resources, and stand alongside you.
This is your chance to learn from someone who’s been where you are and understands the challenges — and the opportunities — of running an ACS. With Nayah’s support, you don’t have to do it alone.
